June from The Small Farm will be hosting our 1st ever cheese making class. Bring a date and let's learn to make ricotta, mozzarella, and burrata cheeses.

While these 3 cheeses are quick to make, you'll be sure to impress others with your ability to whip up some cheese in a flash using just a few basic ingredients. Work with your date to learn the process of cheesemaking, and then enjoy a glass of (or more) 3 Texans wine with your freshly made cheese.

Tickets are $120/couple. This includes cheese making/tasting and a glass of wine of your choice.
